WHEN WILL MY PRODUCT BE SHIPPED?
Orders in stock will be shipped whithin 2-3 workingdays. The maximum deliverytime is 7 days.

Yes you can Please contact us for this option. You can pick up your product from us by appointment and pay with card.

HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
The shipping costs depend on the product and the country it is being delivered to.
We use PostNL prices for this. The following applies to a letterbox package:
Delivery within the Netherlands costs €4.25 (PostNL) + €0.25 administration costs.
CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCT?
You can within 14 days after receiving the product. The shipping costs are at your expense.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PRODUCT IS DELIVERED DAMAGED?
If any part of your order arrives damaged, we would like to ask you to contact us as soon as possible info@meeuw-jts.nl

If there is something wrong with the product received, please contact us at info@meeuw-jts.nl.
Please include as many details as possible in the email, including the order number and a photo of the defect.
If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the unused product in the original packaging within 14 days after delivery
Use the returns form you received with your order.
Once we have received the defective product, we will refund the value of the purchased product. Shipping and handling costs incurred are for your own account. The packaging must not be damaged – nor should the product. Otherwise it is not possible to receive a refund.
You are responsible for the products until they are returned to us.
So make sure that the products are properly packed to prevent any additional damage to the products.
