We use PostNL prices for this. For a letterbox package:
Delivery within the Netherlands costs €4.25 (PostNL) + €0.25 handling fee.

Please include as many details as possible in the mail including the order number as well as a picture of the defect.

If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the unused product in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

Once we receive the defective product, we will refund the value of the purchased product. Shipping and handling costs incurred are at your own expense. The packaging must not be damaged – nor the product. Otherwise, it is not possible to receive a refund.

You are responsible for the products until they are returned to us.
Please make sure that the products are properly packed to avoid any additional damage to the products.
